Soldado Breaks David Villa Record

Roberto Soldado has scored most goals than any one in a Valencia shirt in the first three games for the last 10 years. 

Roberto Soldado has just scored his first goal in the first half of Valencia’s game against Gijon meaning that he has become the player with most goals in the first three rounds of the season for the past 10 years with 5 goals breaking David Vila’s record in 2009/2010 who scored 4 goals.

Soldado has also broken another record with his goal and became the first player to score in the first 3 rounds of the season in 44 years.
