Valencia get a point after Albelda gets sent  off.

After 85 minutes of attack and defense and trying to break through Osasuna’s defense Soldado scores a header off of a cross from Tino Costa. However, five minutes later Albelda recieves a red for his challenge. Moments later Lolo scored leaving Valencia bitter.

It was a hard game to play, the midfield was hard to get through and Feghouli was often used to get forward. There was not much going for Valencia, there was a slight danger for Osasuna when Valencia got forward but with falls, imprecisions and wasteful possession it was not a good step forward for goal.

However, Jonas helped the team a lot, his possession, plays and shots were good for Valencia trying to get three points. Emery went for a change and put Aduriz and Bernat in. Switching to 4-4-2 after the first ten minutes in the second half. Not much came out of it, which proved the hard game at the Reyno de Navarro.

Diego Alves was a great help with some great saves, but Valencia still could not manage to take the three points.

Osasuna: Andrés Fernández, Marc Bertrán, Sergio, Miguel Flaño, Satrústegui (Timor, m.87), Puñal, Nekounam (Lolo, m.79), Cejudo, Raúl García, Lamah (Nino, m.67), and Lekic.

Valencia: Diego Alves, Barragán, Rami, Dealbert, Jordi Alba, Albelda, Banega (Aduriz, m.57), Tino Costa, Feghouli (Bruno, m.88), Jonas (Bernat, m.57) and Soldado.

The true dissappointment is that we are going to finish 22-25 points behind them again, our third possition hasnt yet been threathend. Although with hard games against left to play mayer atletico get theire act togather and challenge.
Away at real Madrid, atletico, Barca, malaga
Dubble games vs stoke, barca and eventual more euro league games Will be hard becouse we dont have good squad.
First 11 +mathieu, tino and à injured canales

Emery – “I’m satisfied with the team’s performance. They ran their socks off and worked incredibly hard. We could have created a bit more chances, but it was a very difficult game.”

If he is satisfied with performances like that he can go fuck him self right now

I believe this was only for the media. Coaches tend to say things like these so that the media turn on them rather than their players. Behind the curtain though, things are a bit different usually.

he is always saying that he satisfied, he must criticize the players… and bringing Bruno and making foul for goal….?!?

Its the typical Valencia performance after a stellar performance midweek….4-1 levante!!

  • Santi

theres nothing worse than Barragan, Dealbert and then even bringing Bruno.

      hehehe, that’s true :)

We were bad, very bad to say the least
Except for the goal we didn’t create anything (even our goal wasn’t a chance we were just lucky that tino miskicked…)
I just don’t know why Emery is playing Dealbert. For me, he just lacks confidence and technique. It always freightens me when he “plays” the ball… Today I don’t think he has had one good touch. Very poor….

Overall very very disappointing performance. We are losing too much points for the moment. By now we should have had a safe gap for cl qualification but we haven’t….
Hope for a good reaction in santander…

I always say that unnecessary draws like these feel like losses to me. Why do we have to be repeating the same complaints about draws in the league?
